Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, and operational roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Handle joining and exit formalities
- Ensure day-to-day HR discipline
3. HR Process & System Development
- Create and maintain basic HR SOPs
- Standardize offer letters, appointment letters, and HR formats
- Build employee documentation and filing system
- Support implementation of structured HR practices
4. Performance & Discipline
- Assist in implementing basic KPI tracking system
- Support performance review process
- Maintain reporting discipline across teams
5. Employee Engagement & Support
- Address employee queries and basic grievances
- Support internal coordination and engagement activities
- Induction Training Management effectively when new employee hired
- Support in Conducting required training as suggested by management and HOD’s of
different department.6. Compliance Support
- Maintain basic statutory and regulatory compliances and related records
- Support documentation for audits (as required)
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong experience in recruitment + HR operations (both required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and execution-focused approach
- Comfortable working directly with managemen
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
