Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Develop creative strategies and oversee the execution of design projects across digital and print platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual communication across all deliverables.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, video, and performance marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, and design expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and layout design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
