We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans, provide high-quality therapy, and work collaboratively with families, educators, and medical professionals to improve the communication abilities and overall quality of life for our patients. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties in patients. Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on patient needs and evaluation results. Therapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and exercises to help patients improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, vocal quality, and swallowing function. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of patient evaluations, treatment progress, discharge summaries, and billing information in accordance with state and federal regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, audiologists, occupational/physical therapists, teachers, and social workers to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary patient care. Education & Counseling: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on coping strategies, home exercises, and the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices when necessary. Compliance: Adhere to all professional standards, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines (including HIPAA).
Pay: ₹17,577.56 - ₹50,517.66 per month
