Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
