Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities.
- Improve equipment reliability through effective maintenance practices.
- Maintain and repair pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
- Hands-on experience with rotating equipment and material handling systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle breakdown situations effectively
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
