Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
This role ensures smooth technology operations, supports business needs, manages IT staff, and implements technology solutions aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- Manage servers, cloud services, and data centers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
2. Network & Security Management
- Implement and maintain network security measures.
- Protect systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
3. IT Operations & Support
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and service requests.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor the IT team.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
. Negotiate contracts and manage IT budgets.
5. Data Management & Backup
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain data integrity and storage solutions.
6. Strategic IT Planning
- Align IT strategy with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation
. Prepare IT reports and present insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
