Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day shift production operations.
- Ensure smooth operation of batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing processes.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and process efficiency.
- Lead and allocate work to shift operators and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate with maintenance when required.
- Maintain shift-wise production records and reports.
- Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses.
Pay: ₹10,135.54 - ₹50,517.11 per month
