Job Summary
We are looking for an RMC Plant Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production, timely dispatch, quality compliance, equipment maintenance, and smooth plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant operations, production, and dispatch.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely concrete delivery.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and sales teams.
- Monitor plant performance, manpower, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and present operational, production, and store reports for management.
- Analyze monthly production data to improve efficiency and ensure smooth, cost-effective, and profitable plant operations.
- Oversee fleet management to ensure timely dispatch and optimum vehicle utilization.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower allocation for efficient plant operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RMC plant operations, batching plants, concrete production, and fleet management.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and production analysis.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
