We are looking for a smart and experienced teacher to join the K8 School. Someone who is creative, has an excellent command over spoken English and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner. Some of the responsibilities include:-
# Responsibilities:
- Creating and presenting lessons that are congruent with students' educational needs.
- Come up with creative and fun ideas to teach the kids using different props in every session.
- Grading homework, projects, and quizzes in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and reporting on students' progress.
- Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, adapting teaching strategies as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies through professional development opportunities.
- keeping records of students’ attendance, evaluations and grades.
- Attending staff meetings, as required.
# Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education with relevant specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience, ideally in a similar setting.
- Nursery Teacher Training diploma is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Nursery school teacher is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of phonics ( Jolly Phonics)
- Must have a Good condition updated Laptop, High speed internet connection with minimum 100Mbps speed, A workstation with proper lighting and noice free background
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
