Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by generating new client opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, experience in field sales, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct client interactions.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss products and services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling of client appointments and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Foster long-term client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
- Experience in Membership Sales, Life Insurance, Term Insurance, Real Estate, High-Value Sales, or similar industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
