Job Summary:
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel with focus on supporting the team and their needs in order to create WOW experiences for our guests. Oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage. Maximizes profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction and implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel. Hotel is located in sector 132, Noida.
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience of Hotel Manager, or Executive Committee role or equivalent experience at hotel property or boutique hotel with elevated service standards
- Experience managing a 50+ room property
- Strong Union partnership experience
- Strong leadership capability with proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
- Full knowledge of PMS system
- Recruit and train department heads and key staff with help of HR
- Conduct regular training programs
- Ensure compliance with hotel licenses and regulatory requirements
- Revenue performance
- Occupancy and ARR
- Event bookings
- Guest satisfaction scores
- Marketing initiatives
- Operational improvements
- Assist management in upcoming hotel strategy
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Support planning for new rooms and facilities
- Develop systems for scalable hotel operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- A multi-disciplinary background
- Strong Front desk background
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Experience with stars standards, training, philosophy
- Acute attention to detail and a high level of commitment to delivering high quality standards
- Local market experience
