Job Title: Pre-School Teacher

Job Overview
We are hiring passionate and nurturing Pre-School Teachers across multiple locations in Bangalore. If you love working with young children and creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Maintain classroom discipline and routine
- Track and share students’ progress with parents
- Organize creative and activity-based learning sessions
Key Skills
- Basic understanding of child development
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, patient, and empathetic approach
- Passion for teaching young children
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- NTT / Early Childhood Education certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- Freshers and non-NTT candidates can also apply
- Experience in preschool teaching is an added advantage
Working Details
- Working Days: Monday – Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Week Off: Sundays + 2 Saturdays
