ECHOS is a boutique hotel in Rishikesh and a growing hospitality brand. Rishikesh is the gateway to yoga, wellness, and Himalayan adventure — and we want every guest who walks through our doors to experience it fully. We're looking for a warm, people-loving Community Manager to run our in-house travel desk and bring our experiences to life.
Role Overview
You'll be the friendly face stationed in the hotel who connects with every guest, builds rapport, and curates their stay — selling out our spa treatments, yoga sessions, river rafting, and adventure activity packages. You're part host, part salesperson, part local guide: the person guests trust to plan their perfect Rishikesh experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every guest personally; build genuine rapport and trust
- Promote and sell ECHOS packages — spa, yoga, rafting, trekking, camping, and other adventure activities
- Act as the in-house travel desk: plan itineraries, arrange activities, and book experiences
- Coordinate with rafting operators, yoga instructors, spa staff, and local vendors
- Be the community admin for ECHOS — manage guest groups, respond to queries, and keep guests engaged before, during, and after their stay
- Track package sales and hit monthly upselling/conversion targets
- Gather guest interests on arrival and tailor recommendations
- Promote experiences across WhatsApp groups and social channels
- Handle bookings, payments, and confirmations for activities smoothly
Requirements
- 1–3 years in hospitality, travel desk, activity sales, or guest relations
- Proven experience selling tours, packages, or experiences (strong plus)
- Outgoing, charming, and naturally persuasive — genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages a bonus)
- Good local knowledge of Rishikesh activities, spots, and operators (or quick to learn)
- Organized, energetic, and target-driven
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, social media, and basic booking tools
