We are looking for a smart and responsible Billing Staff to join our team at Silky Weddings. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle billing operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and invoice processing
- Manage cash, card, and online payment transactions
- Maintain billing records accurately
- Support customers at the billing counter professionally
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams when required
- Ensure smooth and fast checkout process for customers
Requirements
- Any degree preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
