We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals with hands-on experience in shipment updates and logistics coordination. This role is strictly for candidates who understand real-time tracking, proactive communication, and operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 1years of hands-on experience in Updates / Track & Trace / Logistics Operations
- Strong experience in providing real-time shipment updates
- Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Samsara, PCS, MacroPoint, Motive, or similar tracking systems
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with drivers, carriers, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple loads and update systems accurately
- Good knowledge of Excel, email communication, and logistics portals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate real-time shipment updates to customers and internal teams
- Follow up with drivers/carriers for current location and ETA
- Update tracking systems and maintain proper load records
- Communicate delays, issues, or exceptions professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Track & Trace teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all updates are timely, accurate, and meet customer expectations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
