Operations Head / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hospital operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve workflow and patient care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, including performance reviews.
- Handle vendor negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Crisis management and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team management and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in tertiary care hospitals
- Familiarity with hospital ERP systems and digital health solutions.
