About the Project
A prime land development project of 2 acres is being planned at Poompuhar Beach near the Harbour. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates from Sirkazhi, Poompuhar, Mayiladuthurai, and nearby areas to manage the site and coordinate plot sales.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with prospective buyers and visitors.
- Explain plot details, pricing, and project features.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper upkeep and management of the site.
Eligibility
- Any Degree (UG/PG).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Experience in real estate, plot sales, marketing, or customer relations will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,200.00 per month
