Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. In this role, you will transform complex marketing and product briefs into intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. You must be comfortable crafting user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI prototypes using Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Design & Visuals: Create clean, modern, and high-fidelity user interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and web platforms aligned with client brand identity.
- UX Research & Wireframing: Translate client requirements and marketing goals into user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate interactions and design concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Design Systems & Style Guides: Maintain and contribute to UI kits, design systems, typography guidelines, icon sets, and component libraries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, content strategist, and brand managers to ensure feasibility and smooth handoff for development.
- Iterative Design: Analyze user feedback, client iterations, and modern visual trends to continuously improve interface usability and conversion rates.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or product environment preferred).
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, interactive prototypes, and clear UX thinking for web and mobile.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout grids, visual hierarchy, and responsive web design rules.
- Basic Web Awareness: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts and asset export standards for developer handoff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
