We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Interior Designer / Architect to join our team in Bengaluru and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Knowledge in SUPERVISION OF FALSE CEILING, ELECTRICALS, PARTITIONS, PANELLING, FLOORING, FURNITURE AND ALL OTHER FINISHING WORKS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development – Create innovative concepts, layouts, and 3D visuals tailored to client requirements
- Project Coordination – Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Client Interaction – Interpret client needs, preferences, and budgets to deliver customized solutions
- Technical Expertise – Draft detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs in compliance with standards
- Site Supervision – Oversee on-site implementation, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution
- Experience working on projects in Chennai and Bengaluru
- Exposure to sustainable/green building practices
- Ability to independently handle projects and client interactions
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, for construction purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit
- Strong visualization, communication, and project management skills
