- Identify and onboard new sellers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Explain the company's onboarding process, policies, and marketplace guidelines to prospective sellers.
- Collect and verify required documents such as GST, PAN, bank details, and business registration documents.
- Complete seller registration and account setup on the company portal.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seller approval and account activation.
- Assist sellers in product listing, catalog creation, pricing, and inventory setup.
- Provide training and guidance to sellers on using the seller portal and managing their accounts.
- Maintain accurate seller records and onboarding documentation.
- Follow up with sellers to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process.
- Resolve seller queries related to registration, listings, payments, and account activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with Buying, Catalog, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding reports and MIS.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
