We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and inspire our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to achieve our sales targets.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement or additional training.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist management in developing and executing sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive brand image.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the training and onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they understand our products, services, and sales methodologies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Inventory & Operations: (Optional/If applicable) Oversee store/territory inventory levels, visual merchandising, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
