Avillion Farms is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer (B.Arch Background) who can create high-quality Interior & Exterior 3D Visualizations for luxury farmhouse and villa projects. The candidate should have strong visualization skills, architectural understanding, and the ability to convert concepts into realistic renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create premium 3D Interior & Exterior Visualizations
- Develop realistic renders for:
- Luxury Villas
- Farmhouses
- Residential Projects
- Landscape & Exterior Views
- Understand architectural drawings and convert them into 3D models
- Prepare:
- 3D Walkthroughs
- Exterior Renders
- Interior Renders
- Material & Lighting Views
- Coordinate with architects and design teams
- Modify designs based on client/project requirements
- Ensure accuracy with dimensions, materials, and finishes
Required Skills:
- B.Arch Qualification Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of:
- 3D Modelling
- Rendering
- Lighting
- Materials & Textures
- Architectural Visualization
- Hands-on experience in:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp
- Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape / V-Ray
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop (Added Advantage)
Preferred Experience:
- Luxury Villa Projects
- Farmhouse Projects
- High-end Residential Interiors & Exteriors
- Architectural Visualization Studio Experience
Measurement & Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of feet & inches measurements
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Knowledge of floor plans, elevations & sections
Work Requirement:
- Flexible to work in 6 working days
- Comfortable with onsite Bangalore location
- Immediate joiners / Short notice candidates preferred
