Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to prospective customers and explain product/service offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Keep records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets (number of calls, conversions, etc.).
- Share feedback from customers with the internal team to improve services.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati.
- Customer-focused with a positive and persuasive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure.
- Familiar with MS Office and basic computer systems.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Graduate in Any Field
- Previous experience in tele calling / telemarketing
