Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary:
As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategies, including defining endpoints and mapping data flows. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from understanding requirements to supporting deployment and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration approaches align with overarching business objectives, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams and contributing to the overall success of integration initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration efforts with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within integration projects.
- Monitor integration processes to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in designing and implementing data flows and endpoint configurations within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration and deployment phases.
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle processes including requirements gathering, testing, and operational support.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
