Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, HRMS management, employee engagement, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment-related letters, confirmations, and certificates.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and late-coming through the HRMS.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave deductions, and incentives.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for timely salary processing.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HRMS.
- Generate HR reports related to attendance, leave, and manpower.
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace events.
- Address routine employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate resignation formalities, exit interviews, and Full & Final settlement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and employee database management.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good problem-solving and employee grievance handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
