Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic professional in Healthcare Management to join our faculty team. The role involves teaching, research, curriculum support, and academic mentoring in the field of healthcare management, healthcare administration, and related disciplines within higher education programs.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, or a closely related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher education
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience supervising postgraduate research (Master’s/Doctoral level)
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, healthcare operations, healthcare policy, quality management, and leadership in healthcare organisations
- Experience teaching subjects related to healthcare management, healthcare administration, or health services leadership
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and virtual learning platforms
