Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to support our D2C growth through paid media, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. This is a 3-month internship offering hands-on experience in scaling an e-commerce brand.
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
PPO: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Support audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and advertising platforms.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad performance and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and D2C growth trends.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Interest in D2C, e-commerce, and growth marketing.
- Students, fresh graduates, or candidates looking to build a career in performance marketing are encouraged to apply.
