We are looking for a confident and professional individual with exceptional English communication skills to support a U.S.-based medical practice. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Experience in medical reception, patient scheduling, or patient communication is an advantage.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and healthcare staff.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming patient calls.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Route calls and relay messages accurately.
- Document patient interactions in the EHR.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain patient confidentiality.
