About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Head to oversee and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, systems, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networking, and IT support services while maintaining system security and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Administer and support Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
- Monitor and maintain network components including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users across departments.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC management, and technical support.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Lead and mentor the IT team while managing day-to-day IT operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or MCA.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
- Sound understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, and system administration.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or multi-site environments will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, backup solutions, and user access management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support critical business operations.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
