Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in office administration, front desk, or back-office operations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms or basic accounting software
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional time management, problem-solving under pressure, and high professional discretion
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain office facilities, and order supplies (stationery, groceries, equipment).
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, book travel, and assist in preparing reports or presentations.
- Communication & Front Desk: Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Documentation & Data: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
- Vendor & Finance Management: Process business invoices, manage expense reports, and act as a liaison with office vendors.
- Team Coordination: Assist HR with employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and organizing team meetings or corporate events.
