You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business needs into functional software solutions that support organizational goals and improve operational workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications including workflows, process builder, and Apex programming.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Understanding of data modeling and security concepts within Salesforce.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
