Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Tally software and Google sheets.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and vouchers.
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents before data entry.
- Prepare basic reports using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and document collection.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
