Job Description:
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning: Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
· Execution Management: Lead project execution, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
· Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
· Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
· Team Leadership: Supervise project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
· Financial Oversight: Monitor project finances, tracking expenses, managing change orders, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, and generate comprehensive project status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
· Proven track record of successfully managing interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
· Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
· PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
