About the Job
We are seeking a Multimedia Artist to support the needs of the content development team under the Learning and Development function. This team is responsible for addressing learning needs of people managers across our campuses.
As Multimedia Artist, You Will…
- Create digital content using various multimedia techniques such as 2D and 3D animation, graphic design, audio and video production
- Design multimedia assets according to specifications of the Instructional Designer
- Ensure final output is consistent with learning objectives of the related course
- Conduct quality assurance of materials to ensure they align with the company’s brand identity
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and other project team members to create engaging digital content.
- Stay current with emerging trends in multimedia technology and design software
- Present and pitch ideas to stakeholders to demonstrate work progress and provide creative solutions
As Multimedia Artist, You Have…
- A bachelor’s degree in multimedia production, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in multimedia software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Affinity Designer, Canva, Camtasia, or other similar graphic design software
- Strong artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color
- An innate ability to collaborate, ask questions, challenge established ideas, and work closely with stakeholders
