Job Title: Plant Shift Incharge (Bio Diesel)
Reports to: Plant Manager/Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise plant operations during assigned shift
- Ensure production targets are met
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions
- Handle emergencies and breakdowns
- Ensure safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and other teams
- Manage shift staff and allocate tasks
Requirements:
- Engineering degree/diploma with relevant experience
- Knowledge of plant operations and safety norms
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
