About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer who can drive end-to-end application development while leading engineering excellence across teams. This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong architectural thinking and mentoring capabilities.
As a key member of the engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing scalable systems, building high-performance applications, and guiding development teams toward best engineering practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications.
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from backend architecture to frontend delivery.
Backend Engineering Excellence
- Build and optimize robust server-side applications using technologies such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Frontend Development & UI Engineering
- Develop modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Modern frontend frameworks
System Architecture & Technical Strategy
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development frameworks.
- Lead technical design discussions and implement scalable software solutions.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to build a strong technical culture.
- Drive Agile methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong expertise in backend technologies: Java / Python / .NET
- Proficiency in frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with scalable microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, system integration, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
