Position: CNC Operator – Fresher
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers
Location: Coimbatore (Chinnavedampatti & Thennampalayam)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, CNC, Production or related field
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components safely and correctly.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and basic measurements.
- Follow CNC programs, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Perform basic inspection of components using vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
- Maintain required quality and production standards.
- Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
- Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
