Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented SEO & SMO Executive to improve our online visibility, search engine rankings, website traffic, and social media presence.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
The candidate will work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams to implement digital marketing strategies and improve organic reach.
Key Responsibilities: SEO
- Perform keyword research and identify relevant keywords for target audiences.
- Implement On-Page SEO, including:
- Title tags
- Meta descriptions
- Heading structure
- URL optimization
- Internal linking
- Image ALT tags
- Content optimization
- Monitor and improve website search engine rankings.
- Perform Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to:
- Website speed
- Mobile responsiveness
- Crawlability
- Indexing
- Broken links
- Sitemap
- Robots.txt
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console.
- Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Conduct competitor and backlink analysis.
- Develop and execute Off-Page SEO / Link Building strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Regularly track and report SEO performance.
SMO / Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media profiles such as:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X/Twitter
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Optimize social media profiles for better visibility.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for social media posts, creatives, reels, and videos.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Research current social media trends and relevant topics.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities.
