Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication, welding, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Optimise manpower, machine utilisation, and material flow.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection, and rework.
- Implement SOPs, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports and support ERP/Odoo updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production planning and shop floor operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and MS Excel.
- ERP/Odoo experience is an added advantage.
