· Lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on mid to senior-level and leadership hiring
· Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic hiring needs
· Drive hiring for Digital, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Tech roles
· Use advanced sourcing techniques including headhunting, market mapping, and networking
· Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and leadership roles
· Ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience
· Track key recruitment metrics and drive hiring efficiency
· Mentor and guide team members where required
