Key Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Must have an existing database and strong network of fabrication industry clients.
- Must have hands-on experience in Machining and Structural Sales.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in fabrication, machining, structural steel, engineering or heavy engineering industries.
- Strong technical understanding of machining, fabrication, and structural components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers for machining, fabrication, and structural products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Visit factories, industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs and fabrication units to generate business.
- Promote the company's machining, fabrication and structural manufacturing capabilities.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the production and estimation teams.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions and negotiations with clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into orders and ensure timely order closure.
- Coordinate with production, planning and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports and maintain an updated customer database in the CRM or reporting system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
