Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government and Private Tender Bidding. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPP Portal, state e-procurement portals, and private tender portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing tender submissions, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant Government and Private tenders on various portals.
- Handle complete tendering process from bid identification to submission.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Work on GeM Portal including:
- Bid participation
- Reverse Auction (RA)
- Direct Purchase
- L1 Purchase
- Catalogue management
- Product/service listing
Operate Government tender portals such as:
- CPP Portal
- State e-Procurement Portals
- PSU tender portals
Handle Private Tender Portals and RFQs.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and legal departments for required documents.
- Prepare EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, Declarations, and Compliance documents.
- Maintain tender calendars and submission schedules.
- Track tender results and maintain MIS of bids submitted, awarded, and pending.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government Tendering procedures.
- Practical experience on GeM Portal.
- Knowledge of CPP Portal and various State e-Procurement portals.
- Experience in Private Tender bidding.
- Ability to read BOQs, Tender Documents, and Technical Specifications.
- Good understanding of commercial terms and contractual conditions.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing software.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Interior, MEP, Facility Management, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience handling GeM bids and Government tenders independently.
- Knowledge of digital signatures (DSC), e-procurement systems, and online bidding processes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
