Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced GenAI Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership with hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and MLOps. You will lead engineering teams, architect scalable AI solutions, and drive innovation across enterprise AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise Generative AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI/ML best practices, coding standards, and solution design.
- Design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Build scalable Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Develop secure APIs and integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies including Multimodal AI, RLHF, Tree-of-Thoughts, and advanced LLM architectures.
- Implement data governance, security, monitoring, and continuous model improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering/AI experience with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with LLMs including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Claude, Llama, Grok, or similar models.
- Strong expertise in LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts including embeddings, tokenization, prompt engineering, and sequence models.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Docker, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- AI/ML or Cloud Certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, etc.).
- Experience leading AI projects from concept through production deployment.
- Experience with Multimodal AI, RLHF, Tree-of-Thoughts, and enterprise Conversational AI solutions.
