- Onboard and coordinate with new solar and battery installers.
- Assign installation jobs to installers based on location, availability, and project requirements.
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation appointments and provide timely updates.
- Handle customer queries related to installation, scheduling, and project progress.
- Maintain regular communication with installers and follow up on assigned jobs.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve installation-related issues.
- Support post-installation activities, including customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Ensure all installation records and job status updates are maintained accurately in the system.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
