Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Identify and attract qualified talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal letters.
- Facilitate seamless employee onboarding and exit formalities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee-related information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture development.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support on company policies and procedures.
