Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to support the company's growth initiatives. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, market research, digital marketing support, and business development activities to expand Satyam Technocrats' presence across industries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and technical discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
Marketing Activities
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
Customer Engagement
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in proposal preparation and submission.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and business development performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Confidence in client interactions and follow-ups.
- Ability to conduct market research and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA, MBA (Marketing), BMS, BE, or any relevant graduate degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in B2B sales or industrial products will be an added advantage.
