Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting them with stock market and investment-related services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves client acquisition, account servicing, lead generation, and supporting clients in their investment journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
* Assist clients with Demat account opening and trading account processes.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their queries promptly.
* Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
* Promote stock market, mutual fund, and other investment products offered by the company.
* Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to ensure seamless customer service.
* Follow up with clients regarding account activation, documentation, and transactions.
* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
* Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Plus Two, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
* Preference for candidates with experience in financial services, stock broking, banking, or sales.
Skills Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of stock markets and investment products.
* Customer service orientation.
* Sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work with CRM and MS Office applications.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Experience
* Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may apply.
Salary
As per company standards, plus incentives based on performance.
Working Hours
As per market and company operating hours.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
