Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable "Travel Executive (International/Domestic packages)" to join our travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and selling domestic and international holiday packages tailored to customer preferences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- Provide detailed information on destinations, travel documents, visa requirements, and currency.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and hotels.
- Handle queries through calls, emails, and in person consultations.
- Manage booking confirmations, payments, and travel documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Experience required - 1 to 5 Years in travel industry or tour operations.
- Education Qualification - Graduation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Location: Near Aarti Chowk, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana
