Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to develop design concepts, prepare construction documentation, and coordinate with consultants throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare architectural concepts and detailed drawings.
· Develop working drawings and construction documentation.
· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
· Participate in client meetings and presentations.
· Conduct site visits as required.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and design standards.
· Assist in project coordination and timely delivery.
· Required Skills
· Strong architectural design and detailing skills.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
· Good understanding of construction methodologies.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
· Registered Architect preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹51,873.18 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
