Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
- Maintain customer data and reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding services or orders.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English and local language).
- Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Customer service attitude.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Degree)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
- 0–2 years experience in customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
